Chris Callahan is a former collegiate placekicker who competed for the Baylor Bears from 2014 to 2016. A native of Houston, Texas, he became a notable figure in Baylor football history, perhaps most famously for kicking the game-winning field goal in a thrilling 61-58 victory over TCU in 2014. He is also widely remembered for his toughness after enduring a significant collision during the 2015 Cotton Bowl against Michigan State. As a dedicated trainee of Scott Blanton, Callahan focused on refining his mechanics, ball-striking, and mental approach to build the technical precision and repeatable performance required for success at the Division I level. His career remains a well-regarded chapter in the program's special teams history.
