Declan Hamm is a Class of 2027 punter from Lewisville High School in Texas who committed to the Arkansas Razorbacks in May 2026. At 6-foot-3 and 200 pounds, he earned a five-star punting rating from Kohl’s Kicking after consistently charting 58-yard punts with hang times exceeding 4.4 seconds at national showcases. In addition to his camp performances, Hamm was named a First-Team All-District punter and kicker during his high school career, converting key field goals and consistently pinning opponents inside their own 20-yard line.
