Ethan Mooney is a prolific former placekicker for the North Texas Mean Green and a dedicated trainee of Scott Blanton. A native of Fort Worth, Texas, Mooney finished his collegiate career as the program’s all-time leading scorer with 331 points and holds the school record for career extra points made. A standout performer throughout his tenure, he was named a Lou Groza Award semifinalist in 2022 and earned All-Conference USA honorable mention honors. Over the course of his career, he connected on 52 field goals, including a career-long 51-yard attempt.
