Harper Simmons is a former collegiate placekicker who was a member of the TCU Horned Frogs football team during the 2021 season. A native of Frisco, Texas, he attended Lone Star High School prior to his collegiate career and previously spent time at East Central University. As a dedicated trainee of Scott Blanton, Simmons focused on refining his mechanics, ball-striking, and mental approach to build the technical precision and repeatable performance required for success at the Division I level.
