Sam Keltner is the kicker for the Oklahoma State Cowboys, transferring into the program in 2026 following his freshman season at SMU. A product of Keller High School in Texas, he converted 13 field goals and earning All-ACC Academic Team honors in 2025. Training with Scott since middle school, he brings refined mechanics, consistent ball-striking, and proven in-game experience to the Cowboys' special teams roster.
